Right now it becomes clear - we are living in a world that is dominated by the mind, controlled by fear and shortage. We are caught up in our heads, driven by outer stimuli which are pulling us away from our true selves. We have forgotten who we are and what we want.
We tend to overthink! It is difficult to make decisions, as we are stressed and caught in limiting thoughts and believes.
I believe it is time that we all start living a life with a high heart vibration. The time, to send out a loving frequency into this world, to ultimately raise it for the collective. Helping to raise the world into the space of the heart.

On my path the medicine of cacao has guided and supported me to connect deeper inside and to unlock the vibration of my heart.
Cacao helped to really experience and feel my heart, something that was very opaque and difficult for me for such a long time.
I truly believe that cacao is one of the medicine foods that will allow us to elevate humanity into the heart space.
Cacao has direct effects on the brain and on the electromagnetic fields of the body and especially the heart. Something that must be experienced first hand. Cacao works on the subtle levels by energetically opening the heart center allowing us to enter a state of love and bliss.
It strongly supports the act of meditation, healing work, creative expression, human connection and energetical and physical release.

Cacao is the language of the heart. It is a messenger of love. An ancient medicine that connects us with our own heart and ultimatly units us with all hearts around us. Uniting us in love.

Cacao has been around for thousands of years (first traces found 5300 BC in Equador) and originates from the Mayas and Aztecs in Central and South America. Cacao is seen as a gift from the gods (latin - Theobroma meaning food of the gods) and helps the shift from the head into the heart. It is seen as a medicine that helps us to heal and transform.
The sacred cacao drink has nothing to do with the “hot chocolate” that we accustomed to. It consists of the pure bean (actually seed) that has been fermented, dried, roasted and peeled and then processed into a paste. This paste is traditionally mixed with water and with a few spices, especially chilli, as it helps for the cacao to go quicker into the blood stream.
Cacao is a wonderful catalyst for healing work and supports us in making a connection with our heart, to experience a deeper connection with ourselves and all that surrounds us. Often one is invited to work with forgiveness and acceptance, leading to an increased sense of self-love.
